Ingredients

    2 Large Onion, Chopped
    3 Container Low Sodium Chicken Broth (4 Cups)
    4 Cup carrots, coarse chopped
    4 cups diced potatoes
    1.5 cup dry lentils
    2 tbls olive oil
    2 cups sliced celery
    1.5 T Mrs Dash onion and herb
    1 t Redmond Natural Season Salt
    1/2 T Morton Lite Salt

Directions

cook Onions and celery in olive oil, then add other ingredients in large kettle. Bring to simmer, cook for 30 minutes.
