Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Garlic, 1 clove
*Cubanelle Pepper or Long Italian Hot Pepper, 2 serving

Directions
Saute garlic in olive oil. Add peppers and saute until soft. Add eggs. Cook until set. Season with salt and pepper. Roll eggs and peppers in tortilla.
