Ingredients

    1/2 lb ground beef
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1 T italian seasoning
    1/2 t fennel
    ricotta cheese (fat free)
    parmesan cheese
    mozzerella cheese
    lasagna noodles

    brown ground beef, add tomato sauce and chopped tomato and spices. Layer broken noodles, sauce, parmesan and ricotta cheese. Then cook in crockpot for several hours. Noodles will cook in cooker.
