Ingredients

    5 oz lowfat silken tofu
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp Becel RSF margarine
    2 tbsp Galaxy vegan grated topping, parmesan flavour
    1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tbsp pepper

Directions

Blend all until smooth and pour into a saucepan. Place over low heat.
Add cooked, hot noodles (and cauliflower / broccoli - my favourite!) and toss well.
