Ingredients

    1 cup orange juice (I used Simply Orange)
    1/2 cup of 1% milk
    1 small banana
    6 medium strawberries
    2 tbsp Hemp Protein & Fiber Powder

Directions

Blend well, add ice if desired. The hemp powder makes this smoothie green, but it didn't change the flavor.
