Introduction

This gazpacho is prepared with all fresh, raw, vegetables. This gazpacho is prepared with all fresh, raw, vegetables.

Ingredients

    4-tomatoes (chopped)
    1-Cucumber (chopped)
    2 sprigs of Parsley (chopped)
    1/4 cup of olive oil
    1/2 white onion, chopped
    2-pieces sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
    Dash of Cayenne pepper to taste
    Dash of Celtic Sea Salt to taste

Directions

Take the 3/4 of the chopped tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, olive oil with the seasoning and puree in a blender. Take the remainder 1/4 of the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion and mix it into the puree. Serve cold. Garnish with Parsley spring
