Pork, fresh, ground, raw, 16 oz
    Cooked Chopped Broccoli, 1 cup
    Cooked Sliced Zucchini 1 cup
Ragu Mushroom spaghetti sauce, 0.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large raw
Egg, fresh, 2 large hard boiled
    Applesauce, .5 cup
    Bread, wheat 1 slice
    Grated colby-jack cheese, .5 cup.

Directions

Makes 8 slices c. 1/4 lb. each.
Cook for 75 mins. at 360 degrees
I usually use leftover broccoli or vegs, that cuts cooking prep.
Otherwise, begin by Hard boiling 2 eggs.
Meanwhile, cook 1 Cup of Chopped Broccoli and 1 Cup of sliced zucchini in microwave according to instructions on bag of frozen vegetables.
Break up the turkey and ground pork, stir together, adding 1 raw egg and 1-2 slices of wheat bread, broken into tiny cubes.
Stir in 1/2 Cup of applesauce and 1/2 cup of Ragu Spaghetti sauce (I use mushroom, but any flavor would work) and
When the vegetables are cooked and drained, mix them together with 1/2 Cup of grated colby-jack cheese and then spread evenly throughout the meat mixture.
Form a meat loaf in a c. 13 x 9 baking dish.
Peel two hard boiled eggs and "hide" them inside length of the meatloaf mountain, so they will appear as small central circles when the meatloaf is sliced.
Bake at 360 degrees for c. 65-75 min. Check for doneness to be sure the pork has cooked thoroughly.
