Ingredients

    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast 3 oz chopped into cubes
    1-1/2 cups cooked whole wheat egg noodles
    1/2 cup of healthy request cream of mushroom or cream of chicken condensed soup
    1/2 cup onion diced
    1 cup celery diced
    2Tbsp Mrs. Dash (any flavor)
    1Tbsp red pepper (optional)
    1 cup water
    2 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. drain and set aside. Put olive oil in skillet, Put in chopped chicken breast, add seasonings, onions and celery. Cook until done. Add soup and water to a boil. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add noodles to mixture or pour mixture over cooked pasta.
