Ingredients

1 medium size banana
1 c. diced fresh pineapple
.5 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Cinnamon, Almond Raisin RAW Energy bar (see in my recipes)
1/4 c. water
Directions
Toss all ingredients in blender with a few ice cubes and blend on high until creamy consistency. Pour in a tall glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
