Ingredients

1 1/4 c white flour
1 1/4 c wheat flour
pinch salt
1/2 c milk
1 tbsp butter
1 cup drained canned spinach
1 cup diced and cooked carrots
1lb deer meat or other meat
1 1/2 cups prepared mashed potatoes
4 oz pepperjack cheese
Directions
pre cook meat ( ground or cut small) seasoned to taste w/ onions
make noodles(porogy dough)
add flour and salt in bowl,stir
add beaten eggs, milk and softened butter
divide dough mix the spinach into one half and the carrrots into the other,
kneed each ball until smooth adding flour as needed to make a stiff dough.
let rest 10 minutes while preparing stuffing ingredients
roll out dough on floured surface to 1/8 inch thickness, cut spinach dough into 8 squares and the carrot into 4 squares.
have all stuffing ingredients prepared while dough air dries
take equal amounts of meat onion mixture, potatoes, and cheese, place on one side of dough square...work it together like a small package using wet fork to close ends . let dry a bit before cooking
to cook place on a sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 350 until dough is cooked.
these can be made ahead and frozen to eat whenever you want a quick meal
