Quick and Very tastey! Twenty minutes from pan to table! I just started putting things together, and it turned out really good. Ingredients

    Lean Ground Turkey
    Boil in Bag Brown Rice (yields 2 cups)
    Onion
    Garlic (two cloves or 1 Tsp)
    Canned Corn (drained)
    Canned Tomatoes
    Chili Powder (Or you can get the can of Chili Ready canned tomatoes)
    Taco Seasoning Pkt (low sodium)

Directions

Place Olive Oil, Garlic & Onion in pan, brown until onion is almost clear. Add Ground Turkey, Brown. Add Tomatoes, Corn, Taco Seasoning.
Boil Rice, add to above mixture, simmer until thickened.
Serving Size: 1 Cup
