Another variation, based on what I had in my fridge, of my delicious breakfast scrambles. Another variation, based on what I had in my fridge, of my delicious breakfast scrambles.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1 trader joe's sweet apple chicken sausage
    1/4 red bell pepper
    1 medium egg
    1 oz. low fat feta cheese
    3 mushrooms

Directions

add egg and egg beaters to pan. chop sausage, mushrooms and bell pepper and add to scramble. sprinkle cheese on top. scramble away.
