Ingredients

    1 pkg of Martha White Banana Nut Muffin Mix
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

Mix all muffin mix and milk until moist. Add chocolate chips. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray. Evenly distribute mix into 24 mini muffins. Bake at 425 degrees for 7-10 minutes.

    Love these! I do not enjoy cooking but these are so quick and easy! I added about 1/2 cup mini-chips because I love semi-sweet chocolate chips. The added chips changes the nutritional value but not enough to concern me. - 7/25/08
