Ingredients

4 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. dired parsley
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 c. butter
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cut the wings into drumsticks.
3. Combine the Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
4. Line a shallow baking pan with foil. (DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP)
5. Melt the butter.
6. Dip each piece of chicken in the butter and then roll in the cheese mixture. Arrange in the foil-lined pan.
7. Bake for 1 hour.
Makes about 50 pieces.

These are marvelous! I never get tired of them. My doctor is very pro low carb. This is the kind of recipe that she approves of. At our first appointment, she told me to eat more saturated fat! That's where the butter comes in. The egg bath isn't a bad idea, though. It won't raise the carb count. - 5/9/15
