These are marvelous! I never get tired of them. My doctor is very pro low carb. This is the kind of recipe that she approves of. At our first appointment, she told me to eat more saturated fat! That's where the butter comes in. The egg bath isn't a bad idea, though. It won't raise the carb count.
WE LOVE THESE. Hubs makes them for every UFC - all of our friend crave them and beg him to make them. they have no idea they are so carb friendly.

He also subs out an egg bath for the butter - way less greasy and just as good. Actually better - the wings are more crispy.
