Pesto Pasta with Turkey Breast Pesto Pasta with Turkey Breast
Number of Servings: 6


    1 lb. Turkey Breast Meat
    1/3 jar Pesto
    1 package Whole Wheat Pasta (I use Penne)
    Olive Oil - as needed
    1/4 cup Pine Nuts (or more to taste)


Cut Turkey Breast into bite size pieces and saute in Olive Oil until cooked through. Meanwhile, boil pasta until done according to package instructions. Combine cooked pasta, pesto sauce, and pine nuts into pot with cooked turkey. Stir and heat through. If it seems a little dry, you can add a bit more olive oil.
