    2 Chicken Breasts, cut up
    0.5 tbsp of Onion Powder
    1 can of Diced Tomatoes
    1 can of Chopped Green Chiles
    1 packet of Taco Seasoning
    3 servings of spaghetti (8oz)
    Shredded Cheese
    4 cups of water/tomato juice (Use juice from tomatoes and then fill with water to make 4 cups


In a 12" deep skillet, brown chicken with oil/spray and onion powder.

Add tomatoes, chiles, water and seasoning packet and bring to boil. Add noodles and simmer covered for 25 minutes. Add desired amount of cheese on top after plating.

I also added just a little salt in the last few minutes of cooking. Maybe a half teaspoon.

Makes about 6 servings that are 3/4-1 cup.
