Ingredients

    CRUST
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 c whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp Fleischmann's Bread Machine Yeast
    1 1/2 c water
    2 tbsp canola oil


    TOPPING
    1pkg Taco Bell Taco Seasoning Mix
    1/2 can Fat Free Refried Beans
    1 lb ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 large tomatoes, chopped
    1 c reduced fat shredded cheddar
    1 med chopped onion
    1/4 head Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
    1/3 c Taco Bell Taco Sauce, Mild
    1 c tortilla strips (or crushed tortilla chips

Directions

Mix crust ingredients in bread machine. (to save time, you can use a ready made crust)

Brown meat, add taco seasoning.
Grease cookie sheet, or pizza pan and roll pizza dough out to cover the pan.
Spread refried beans on top of pizza dough. Add meat, onions, tomatoes. Sprinkle with taco sauce, then top with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tortilla strips and serve.
