Ingredients

    2 C. Almond Flour
    1 C. Rice flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. aluminum-free baking powder
    1/4 C. honey
    1/4 C. greapseed oil
    3 eggs
    1 tbl. vanilla
    1 1/4 C mashed bananas

Directions

makes 14 servings.
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients - almond flour, rice flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
2. In a separate mixing bowl. combine all wet ingredients - honey, oil, eggs, vanilla, bananas.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients thoroughly with a spoon. Transfer into loaf pan or muffin tins. Cook at 350F for 35 minutes. If using muffin tins, cook for about 25 min.
4. Remove cooking tins or pan from oven, and let cool completley before removing from cooking tins and serving.

    what if you dont have grapeseed oil, and you use corn oil and something like that? - 6/24/13

    I have health issues with corn, I'm not sure if it would make a difference though. I have used butter too and it worked just fine. Give it a try it will probably be fine.
