Ingredients

1/4 C Olive Oil
1 C fine, dried whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 C grated 2% low fat mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbs. paprika
1/2 C fat free sour cream (or plain yogurt)
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery salt
4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
Directions
Makes 8 servings
Pour the olive oil into a baking dish.
Mix bread crumbs and grated mozzarella in a bowl.
Combine the minced garlic, paprika, sour cream (or yogurt), Worcestershire sauce and celery salt in another bowl.
Dip the chicken into the sour cream mixture, then roll in the bread crumb/cheese mixture. Arrange the chicken in the baking dish and bake at 450 for about 20 minutes.
