Introduction

Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix! Much chocolatier than store-bought brands without the preservatives! Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix! Much chocolatier than store-bought brands without the preservatives!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1/4 cup
    *Skim Milk Powder, 4 cups

Directions

Blend skim milk powder and cocoa in large bowl. If powder is quite lumpy, you can blend small batches in blender to a finer powder. For each mug of cocoa, mix 1/2c of mix to about a 1/2 cup of boiling water (I actually prefer 1 cup of water.) You might need to mix with a small whisk to remove any lumps of mix in your water. Then, I just add one packet of stevia to taste. Enjoy!

Makes approx. 10 servings (1/2 cup mix per serving)
