Introduction

I just made this out of what I had in my pantry/fridge. It's pretty tasty. I put it between whole wheat bread and I also had it with Triscuits for a snack. Very satistying. Ingredients

    1 can Tuna
    2 T light mayo
    1 T Sweet Relish
    1 t Sweet and Spicy Mustard
    2 T Dried Cranberries/Cherries

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chill for at least one hour. Serve with bread or crackers.
