Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Flour
    1 tbsp Sugar
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 cup Skim Milk
    1 egg (beaten)
    2 tbsp canola oil

Directions

Add dry ingredients to mixing bowl, and mix. Make a indentation in the center of the flour mixture to pour in wet mixture and set aside.
Combine milk, egg, and oil and whisk. Pour into flour mixture and whisk so batter is not lumpy.
cook on a flat grittle at 375 degree's for 5 mins or when pancakes it cooked through.
Makes 6 pancakes, 4-5 inches in diameter.
