Ingredients

    rutabaga 1 cup diced
    Sweet potatoes 1 cup diced
    Potato (fingerling, yukon, etc.) 1 cup diced
    Olive oil 1 T
    thyme 1 tsp
    Salt to taste (pinch)
    pepper
    hot sauce ( Louisiana) 1 tsp

Directions

Dice Vegetables in about 3/4" pieces. Toss with remaining ingredients and roast in a 375 oven on a cookie sheet for about 30 minutes tossing occasionally. Test for seasoning.
