Ingredients

    1lb Cod Fillets
    16 oz Crabmeat
    2 T Butter unsalted
    3 Garlic Cloves
    1 can Rotel
    salt and pepper to taste
    Onion powder
    Paprika
    Thyme
    Parsley Flakes

Directions

Melt butter with garlic in microwave.
Put fish in glass baking dish.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Cover with crab
Cover with Rotel
Pour butter mixture over Rotel
Bake at 375 for 89-19 mins. Until fish flakes with fork.
