Ingredients

    2.5 cups flour
    .75 cup sugar
    3 bananas, mashed
    .5 soy milk
    .25 cup oil
    2 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp salt

Directions

This is a very basic recipe. Heat oven at 375 degrees. Takes 50-60 minutes to bake in a bread pan. Best when you toss in some chocolate chips, walnuts, or dried cranberries.
