Introduction

Never thought an Italian would eat or make turkey meatballs but these are fantastic and my family has requested these all the time. Never thought an Italian would eat or make turkey meatballs but these are fantastic and my family has requested these all the time.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
    1/4 cup parsley, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all the ingredients and shape into 30 meatballs approximately 1" across.
3. Spray a nonstick pan lightly with Pam or olive oil mister
4. Brown the sides of the meatballs for 5 minutes until nicely browned on the outside You will likely have to repeat the process for a second batch unless you have one big frypan!
5. Add browned meatballs to a foil lined aking sheet and bake for 10-25 minutes on 350.
