Introduction

Adapted from the Copycat Homemade No Pudge recipe, which was good as it was, but I wanted to add protein for a little nutritional balance. Adapted from the Copycat Homemade No Pudge recipe, which was good as it was, but I wanted to add protein for a little nutritional balance.

Ingredients

    1/4 C Flour
1/2 C gold medal whole wheat flour
    1/2 C unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 Tbsp Cornstarch
    3/4 C Sugar
    1/4 tsp Baking soda
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
1 scoop (44 gm) EAS Chocolate soy protein powder
6 oz Dannon plain nonfat yogurt
    4 Tbsp nonfat milk
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with Pam.
Place all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add yogurt, vanilla and 3 Tbsp milk. Stir until completely absorbed into dry ingredients. It will be very thick. Add another Tbsp of milk if it is clumpy and needs more moisture.
Spread into prepared pan.
Bake 20-24 minutes. Less for dense chewy brownies, more for cakey brownies.
Cut into 16 squares.
*You can also add walnuts or chocolate chips to the batter, but be sure to adjust the nutritional info accordingly.
