Ingredients

    tuna, navy beans, Italian dressing, whole-wheat pasta

Directions

** this will have a longer cooking time if using dried beans!! **

If using dried navy beans, soak one cup using preferred method, and then cook the beans to desired tenderness.

If using canned beans, drain and rinse beans.

Cook one cup of dried pasta according to directions. Drain and return to pot. Stir in navy beans, two drained cans of tuna fish in water, and one cup of Italian salad dressing. Mix until combined and serve.

Makes 4 servings (or 6 servings if a side dish).
