Ingredients

    2 cups russet potatoes, chopped
    8oz onion, sliced
    1 cup celery, chopped
    16oz chicken broth
    1 tsp dried parsley
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1 cup whole milk
    1 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
    8oz. cream style canned corn
    8oz. frozen sweet corn kernels
    16oz. skinless, cooked turkey breast
    2oz. Pimientos, canned, whole

Directions

In a large saucepan, combine potatoes, onion, celery, chicken broth, parsley, and black pepper.
Cook over med. heat for 10 minutes.
Stir in whole milk, evaporated milk, cream corn, whole kernel corn, turkey and pimiento.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 10-15 minutes
Stir occasionally
