Ingredients

    1/4 cup Less Sodium Soy Sauce
    1/4 cup Distilled White
    4 cloves Garlic, crushed
    4 tsp Dijon Mustard
    2 tsp Ginger
    8 oz Pork Tenderlion

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Add pork to mixture and marinate for minimum of 20 minutes. Cook pork either under the broiler or stir fry to your liking.
