Ingredients

    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 egg
    3/4 cup skim milk
    Pam (spray oil)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425

Spay round cake pan with Pam lightly

Mix Corn muffin mix, 1 egg, and 3/4 cup skim milk
Stir well

Pour into Pam coated round pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Cut into 8 slices
