Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    * *SWANSON Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup
    * *Acorn squash (meijer cooked winter squash frozen) entire box for a serving, 1 serving (remove)
    * *Rutabaga, 5 cup (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove)
    * Curry powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    * *1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder, 1 serving (remove)
    * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)
    * Great Value Fat Free Half and Half by the cup, 1 cup

Directions

saute chopped onion and celery.
Add chopped rutabaga and apple. Saute some more.
Add chicken broth, 2 cups water, squash, curry powder, cumin, honey.
Simmer for 20 mins
Blend and return to pot.
Add half and half and slowly bring to boil.
