Ingredients

    Shallots, 3 tbsp chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves, minced
    Ginger Root, 1-inch slices, minced or grated
    Lemon Juice, 2 tablespoons
    *garam marsala, 2 tsp
    *Cumin, 1 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp
    Cloves, ground, .5 tsp
    *Fenugreek seed, .5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
    Tomato Paste, .2 tablespoons
    Greek Yogurt-Fat Free, Plain, 1 cup
    5 boneless. skinless Chicken Thigh (one pack from costco)

Directions

put chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle with shallots, garlic, and ginger. Add spices and juice. Top off with paste and butter.

Close lid and let cook on low for 5 hours.

Serve with broccoli and rice.
