Ingredients

1 lb. ground chicken
1 green pepper
1 small/medium onion
2, 15 oz cans tomato sauce
2, 15 oz can Del Monte diced tomatoes (chili seasoned)
1 ½ - 2 packages McCormick’s white chicken chili seasoning
1 cup chicken stock
1 15 oz can red kidney beans
1 15 oz can black beans
1 15 oz can navy or northern beans
Optional:
1/2 cup tubettini (or any other small pasta)
Directions
Drain and rinse beans. Set aside.
Brown ground chicken until no longer pink.
Chop and add peppers and onions. Saute until tender (3-4 mins.).
Add all remaining items and simmer, on low, for 1-2 hours.
Makes approximately 8 average-sized bowls
