Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Milk, 1%, .25 cup
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 3 tbsp
    Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp or 1 packet
    Carrots, raw, 4 medium
    *Baby Red Potato, 600 gram(s)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)

Directions

combine all ingredients except celery, potatoes and carrots. form into loaf, place in crockpot. Cut potatoes, carrots and celery into 1 inch pieces, put around loaf . Cover cook 1 hour on high, then 7-8 hours on low
