Introduction

This is my original tuna casserole recipe with some modifications to make it a bit healthier! Its a family favorite. I replaced regular pasta with Pasta Plus and used low fat options for the soup and cheese. This is my original tuna casserole recipe with some modifications to make it a bit healthier! Ingredients

    1 box of Pasta Plus Rotini (cook according to directions)
    2 cans of solid white tuna packed in water (drained)
    2 cups of your favorite low fat shredded cheese
    16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables (I use Giant's Nature's Promise Organic Mixed Vegetables)
    2 cans reduced fat cream of celery soup
    1 soup can of 1% or skim milk


Directions

Cook the pasta according to directions. Mix with remaining ingredients. Cook in covered casserole dish for 30-40 minutes until hot and bubbly. Makes about ten 1 cup servings. Serve with a tossed salad.
