Ingredients

    1 T Olive Oil
    4 links Turkey Italian Sausage (removed from skins)
    1 med onion
    2 cups mushrooms
    1 c sour cream
    8 oz Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Egg Noodles

Directions

1) Boil water for pasta. Cook according to package instruction.
2) Coat deep frying pan w/ olive oil. Over med-high heat cook italian sausage until browned. Remove.
3) In remaining fat, saute onion and mushrooms until tender. Remove remaining fat and replace sausage.
4) Stir in sour cream.

Serve over pasta, with simple vegetable.
