Ingredients

    1 egg
    50 grams unsweetened youghurt
    50 grams (oat) flour
    10 grams melted margarine
    10 grams fructose/sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    pinch of baking powder

Directions

This recipe makes 8 small pancakes (2 servings).
Whip egg slightly with fructose and salt. Mix in youghurt and cinnamon. Stir baking powder into flour, add dry substances into fluids. Mix well and stir in melted margarine. Heat pan and put 8 tbs spoonfuls of batter onto pan. Cook for about 1-1,5 minutes, turn pancakes around and cook for another minute.
