2 1/4 oz Sriacha Hot Chili Sauce (Chinese Hot Sce)
    1.5 oz Honey
10 oz Kraft Free Catalina Dressing
    1/2 cup minced Garlic
    Salt & Pepper to taste
2 20z bags of raw frozen shrimp

Keep shrimp frozen until ready to use. Before you start the de-shelling process dump the contents of two bags into a bowl and fill with water to begin thawing. Shell the shrimp and transfer gradually into another big bowl.

Once all shells are off the shrimp, toss all the ingredients together coating the shrimp with lots of extra sauce to spare.

On either a frying pan on the stove or a sheet of tin-foil on the grill, make one layer of shrimp at a time cooking one side until the honey begins to carmelize, and the other side until finished. Repeat until all the shrimp are cooked through and serve immediately. OR - refridgerate for a cold snack!

This dish takes a lot of effort to put together, and some practice to get it to taste perfect, but is amazing when you get the hang of it! I've devided it into enough servings for 20 people so this is good for parties and cookouts and food-days at work.
