Introduction

This is my version of the Stonyfield Farm recipe. This is my version of the Stonyfield Farm recipe.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup oats
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    3/4 cup egg beaters
    1 cup low fat french vanilla yogurt
    3/4 cup Silk almond milk
    1 cup canned pumpkin

Directions

Mix together dry ingredients
Mix together wet ingredients
Combine and pur 1/3 cup batter on oiled grill (use Pam cooking spray). Cook for approximately 4 minutes, fliiping after about 3 minutes. Yields 12, 4 inch pancakes or 6 servings (2 pancakes each)
