Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 0z grilled chicken breast, skinless and shredded
    2 10 oz cans of chopped tomatos and chilis (rotel)
    3 garlic cloves
    1 white onion, chopped
    2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped ( leave seeds for more spice)
    1 10.5 can of cream of chicken soup
    1 1.25 packet of taco seasoning
    3 corn tortillas

Directions

Place all your ingredients in a slow cooker, add four cups water. Mix together and let cook for five or so hours. Makes four servings. Fifteen or so minutes before time to eat, you can skillet fry your corn tortillas, cut them into strips and put them in soup.
Additional garnishes can be cheese, or avacodos.
