Ingredients

    .25 oz Walnuts
    1 cup Del Monte Citrus Salad (red & white grapefruit & oranges)
    3 cups fresh spinach
    28 grams Pomegranate Seeds

Directions

Toast walnuts until fragrant in a small skillet over medium heat. Cut and de-seed pomegranate.

Place spinach on plate. Cover with citrus salad. Top with toasted walnuts and pomegranate seeds. Spoon approximately 2 Tablespoons of the citrus juice over the salad. Enjoy!
