Ingredients

    1 cup oil
    2 cups sugar substitute
    3 eggs
    2 cups canned pumpkin
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    3 cups flour
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp ground cloves
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions

Mix oil & sugar. Add eggs that are beaten, pumpkin, and unsweetened applesauce. Mix together in separate bowl flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, and baking powder. Add pumpkin mixture to the dry ingredients. Pour mixture into TWO greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350* for 50 minutes. Cool before slicing. Each loaf serves approximately 12 people. Enjoy!
