Ingredients

    Crust:
    1 1/2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs
    1/3 cup white sugar
    6 tbs butter, melted
    1.2 tsp ground cinnamon
    Pie:
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 tbs all-purpose flour
    1 pinch salt
    1 egg, beaten
    2 (15 ounce) cans pears, drained and chopped
    Topping:
    1/2 cup sugar
    2/3 cup butter
    2/3 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

Makes 12 serving
Crust: Mix all ingrediants and press into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate
Bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes. Cool
Pie:
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all incrediants except for topping. Pour into crust.
Bake for 25 minutes. While pie is baking, make topping
Stir together sugar and flour. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle over pie and Bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Cool completely before serving
