Ingredients

    2.5 Lbs. Beef
    2 Carrot
    3 Potatoes
    3 Stalks Celery
    2 Cloves Garlic
    1 Onion
    1 Lb. Mushrooms
    3 Beef Bullion Cubes
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire
    1 Bay Leaf
    ½ Tsp Paprika
    1 Tsp Salt
    ¼ Tsp Pepper

Directions

Directions:

Peel and chop all veggies. Trim excess fat from beef, cut into 1-2 inch cubes. Place beef and all veggies into slow cooker, mix together.

Mix beef bullion cubes in two cups warm water until dissolved. Pour bullion mixture, Worcestershire, bay leaf, paprika, salt and pepper to cooker. The liquid should almost cover ingredients, but not completely. Adjust water level if necessary.

Cook on low for 10-12 hours.
