Ingredients

    unsweetened coconut, 24 tbsp
    Walnuts, 1.5 cup, chopped
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 1 cup, cooked
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Dates, .5 cup, pitted, chopped
    organic blue agave, 2 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

place coconut, nuts and flour in food processor and blend for 1 min. blend dates, agave, and water unt smooth and add to nut mixture. add salt and vanilla. stir and mix with hands add more water as needed to make a dough that is moist not sticky. place in lined 12 by 17 sheet pan and roll flat to fit pan. score with knife in diamond pattern. bake at 350degress for 20-25 mins.
