Ingredients

1 lb Pork Loin (sliced into center cut chops)
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp (10 drops) Hot Sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar substitute
1/2 tbsp hot pepper flakes
½ tbsp chili powder
8 oz 99% FF chicken stock or broth
1 tbsp flour
1 oz skim milk
Directions
1.Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Place boneless pork chops in casserole dish. Spread onions over top.
3.Mix together vinegar, sugar, hot sauce, brown sugar, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, chili powder, and chicken stock.
4.Pour mixture over pork and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
5.Remove chops and keep warm.
6.Heat liquid in casserole dish on stove top on medium heat.
7.Mix 1 tbsp flour with 1 oz skim milk and stir until well blended and add to liquid to make gravy.
8.Cook gravy mixture 5 minutes on low heat then remove from stove, return pork chops to dish and serve.
