Introduction

A sweet miniature pancake style desert, drizzled with honey. A sweet miniature pancake style desert, drizzled with honey.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Reisling Wine
    1 Large Egg
    2/3 cup Flour
    1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    Dash of Salt
    2 Tbsp Sugar
    1 cup Honey
    1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg

Directions

In Large Bowl, beat wine and egg. In Small Bowl combine flour, cinnamon, salt, and sugar. Add to egg mixture. Mis until well blended. Let stand 30 min.

Combine Honey and Nutmeg in small bowl.

Heat 1/2 inch of oil in a skillet until hot, but not smoking. Drop the batter into oil 1 Tbsp at a time, fry until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels.

Serve with honey mixture for dipping. (warm slightly to thin honey if desired).
