Ingredients

    1lb. round steak
    4 cups potatoes, sliced 1/4in. thick
    1 cup sliced carrots
    1 cup sliced celery
    1/2 cup diced onion
    4 cans beef broth
    1Tbsp beef bouillon granules
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 can mushrooms, undrained
    2 Tbsp flour
    water

Directions

slice beef to 1x1/4in pieces and mix in slow cooker with all remaining ingredients except flour and water. Cook on low for 8-9 hours. mix flour with water until smooth and add to slow cooker until broth thickens. Serves 9.

    Incredible!
    I made this with some left over grilled rib eye steak. Yummy!!! Saved this to my favorites. Would like some clarification on what the original recipes definition of serving is. I assumed 1cup ~~ - 1/8/12
